My name is Dylan Stewart and I’m a professional web designer. Currently I am a senior web designer at Cooking.com.
Prior to my position at Cooking.com I spent two years as the Senior Web Designer at the international skin care company, Dermalogica. Prior to that I spent 7 years as the web designer and web producer for FOX’s hit late-night sketch comedy show, MADtv.
I have designed websites and newsletter campaigns for the brands Clean Start, Dermalogica, Join Fite, Cooking.com, Cat Cora, Pilsbury, Betty Crocker, Rachael Ray and Food Network.

I designed this website for celebrity chef, Cat Cora. The website utilizes the Cooking.com e-commerce platform. I also provided front-end development on several of the site's elements. I edited existing template code as well as hand-coding custom CSS, CSS3 and HTML5.Web Design2011 -
This touch-screen kiosk was designed by Dermalogica creative director, Mathew Divaris. I had the opportunity to design the UX and interface for the joinFITE redemption page (pictured). The color scheme and buttons were designed by Mathew Divaris. The initial design was centered and included a top to bottom flow. I added some additional design elements (backgrounds, gradients, etc) and reconfigured the layout to include a left to right flow, beginning at the top left and concluding with the "activate" button at the bottom right. This facilitated a more clean and cohesive design that maximized the available space. The kiosk will be installed at the Los Angeles Skirball Cultural Center for a joinFITE event.
I also performed the front-end development on the redemption page interface utilizing HTML5 and CSS3.User Interface Design2011 -
Martinez Industries.co is the business site for custom car upholsterer and fabricator, David Martinez. I designed the logo in the style of a winged automotive emblem. I created the site using WordPress and the Woo Theme "Simplicity." I customized the "Simplicity" theme by adding the polished black texture, the brushed steel texture and the cream leather texture. I edited several elements of the CSS to slightly alter the layout as well.

JoinFITE.org is a microfinance website that provides loans to women around the world to help start or grow their business. The goal of the site is to provide loans to 25,000 women worldwide.
I provided design and front-end development on several elements of the site. Some of these elements include the header and navigation, the aside which includes a real-time counter of loans funded, the 3 homepage buckets, the three column layout, and the redeem code page. I also integrated the q Translate functionality, translating the site into six languages including Chinese.

I designed and developed this website for professional makeup artist, Tom Perez. The site was hand coded with XHTML and CSS and utilizes JavaScript for the photo gallery. The pages were designed in Photoshop using several images from istockphoto.
I illustrated the scarab beetle in Adobe Illustrator and then added the texture and 3D effects in Photoshop.
